Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the AIGrow.social platform and services ("Service") operated by AIGrow.social ("we", "our", "us"). By creating an account or using our Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Description of Service
AIGrow.social is an AI-powered social media content generation platform that:
- Generates social media posts, stories, and video reels using artificial intelligence
- Creates captions, hashtags, and visual content tailored to your business
- Delivers generated content to you for review and approval through Telegram
- Provides a web dashboard where you can manage, approve, reject, or regenerate content
- Does NOT publish content automatically to any social network — all approved content remains under your control to publish manually
2. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate business information when creating an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to bind your business to these Terms
- One account per business. Multiple accounts for the same business are not permitted
- You must not share your account credentials with unauthorized parties
3. Content Delivery and Approval Workflow
Generated content is delivered to you for review and approval through the following mechanisms:
- A Telegram bot sends you each generated post, story, or reel with Approve, Regenerate, and Reject buttons
- The client dashboard at /client.html displays all pending, approved, and rejected content
- You are solely responsible for publishing approved content to your own social media accounts
- You are responsible for ensuring your published content complies with the terms of use of any social network you use (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
Important: AIGrow.social does not connect to or publish content on your behalf to any social media platform. We only generate and deliver content for your review — the decision and action to publish is always yours.
4. Content Ownership and Responsibility
4.1 Your Content
- Product images and business descriptions you provide remain your property
- You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to all images you upload
- You grant us a limited license to use your content solely for providing the Service
4.2 Generated Content
- AI-generated content (captions, images, designs) created by our Service becomes your property upon generation
- You are responsible for reviewing all content before approving it for publication
- We do not guarantee that generated content will be free from errors, culturally appropriate in all contexts, or suitable for every audience
- You should review all generated content before publishing
4.3 Prohibited Content
You must not use our Service to create or publish content that:
- Violates any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
- Contains misleading or false advertising claims
- Promotes illegal activities, violence, or discrimination
- Violates the terms of use or community guidelines of any social media platform where you intend to publish it
5. Subscription and Payments
5.1 Plans
We offer the following subscription plans:
- Starter — €59/month: 60 posts/month (2/day), 30 stories/month (1/day), 6 AI video reels/month, 20 product photos, Telegram preview & approval workflow
- Growth — €119/month: 90 posts/month (3/day), 60 stories/month (2/day), 15 AI video reels/month, 40 product photos, carousel posts, AI-optimized schedule
- Pro — €239/month: 150 posts/month (5/day), 90 stories/month (3/day), 30 AI video reels/month, 100 product photos, priority support, content calendar
- Trial: 3 days free, 1 post/day, 3 product photos (no stories or reels)
Detailed plan features are listed on our pricing page. Plan limits are per calendar month and do not roll over.
5.2 Billing
- Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
- Prices are displayed in your local currency at checkout
- All payments are processed securely through our payment provider
- Invoices are sent to your registered email address
5.3 Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
- No refunds are provided for partial billing periods
- Upon cancellation, content generation will stop but your account data is retained for 30 days
6. Service Availability
- We strive to maintain high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
- Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible
- We are not responsible for downtime caused by third-party services (Google Gemini AI, Telegram, PayPal, ImgBB, etc.)
- Changes to third-party AI model APIs or rate limits may temporarily affect content generation
7. Limitation of Liability
- Our Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
- We do not guarantee specific marketing results, follower growth, or engagement metrics
- Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim
- We are not liable for any content you choose to publish to your own social media accounts, whether generated by our Service or otherwise
- We are not responsible for actions taken by any social media platform against your accounts
8. Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if:
- You violate these Terms or our Privacy Policy
- You use the Service for prohibited purposes
- Your payment fails repeatedly
- We detect fraudulent or abusive behavior
Upon termination, we will delete your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Albania. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tirana, Albania.

1. Pershkrimi i Sherbimit
AIGrow.social eshte nje platforme gjenerimi permbajtjeje per media sociale me AI qe:
- Gjeneron postime, story dhe video reels duke perdorur inteligjence artificiale
- Krijon caption, hashtag dhe permbajtje vizuale te pershtatura per biznesin tuaj
- Ju dergon permbajtjen e gjeneruar permes Telegram per rishikim dhe aprovim
- Ofron nje panel web ku mund te menaxhoni, aprovoni, refuzoni ose rigjeneroni permbajtjen
- NUK publikon permbajtjen automatikisht ne asnje rrjet social — vendimi per ta publikuar eshte gjithmone juaji
2. Regjistrimi i Llogarise
- Duhet te jepni informacion te sakte te biznesit kur krijoni llogari
- Jeni pergjegjes per sigurine e kredencialeve te llogarise
- Duhet te jeni te pakten 18 vjec dhe te keni autoritetin per te lidhur biznesin tuaj
- Nje llogari per biznes
3. Dergimi dhe Aprovimi i Permbajtjes
Permbajtja e gjeneruar ju dergohet per rishikim dhe aprovim si me poshte:
- Nje bot Telegram ju dergon cdo postim, story, ose reel te gjeneruar me butona Aprovo, Rigjeneroj, Refuzoj
- Paneli i klientit ne /client.html shfaq gjithe permbajtjen ne pritje, te aprovuar, ose te refuzuar
- Ju jeni teresisht pergjegjes per publikimin e permbajtjes se aprovuar ne llogarite tuaja sociale
- Ju jeni pergjegjes qe permbajtja e publikuar te respektoje rregullat e rrjeteve ku e publikoni (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etj.)
E rendesishme: AIGrow.social nuk lidhet dhe nuk publikon permbajtje ne emer tuaj ne asnje rrjet social. Ne vetem gjenerojme dhe ju dergojme permbajtje per rishikim — vendimi dhe veprimi per ta publikuar eshte gjithmone juaji.
4. Pronesia e Permbajtjes
4.1 Permbajtja Juaj
- Imazhet dhe pershkrimet e biznesit mbeten pronesi e juaja
- Jeni pergjegjes per te siguruar qe keni te drejtat e imazheve qe ngarkoni
4.2 Permbajtja e Gjeneruar
- Permbajtja e gjeneruar nga AI behet pronesi juaja
- Jeni pergjegjes per rishikimin e permbajtjes para aprovimit
- Nuk garantojme qe permbajtja do te jete pa gabime
5. Abonimet dhe Pagesat
5.1 Planet
Ofrojme keto plane abonimi:
- Starter — €59/muaj: 60 postime/muaj (2/dite), 30 story/muaj (1/dite), 6 video reels AI/muaj, 20 foto produkti, parapamje dhe aprovim ne Telegram
- Growth — €119/muaj: 90 postime/muaj (3/dite), 60 story/muaj (2/dite), 15 video reels AI/muaj, 40 foto produkti, postime karusel, orar i optimizuar nga AI
- Pro — €239/muaj: 150 postime/muaj (5/dite), 90 story/muaj (3/dite), 30 video reels AI/muaj, 100 foto produkti, mbeshtetje prioritare, kalendar permbajtjeje
- Prove (Trial): 3 dite falas, 1 postim/dite, 3 foto produkti (pa story ose reels)
Detajet e plota te planeve jane ne faqen e cmimeve. Limitet jane per muaj kalendarik dhe nuk bartenen.
5.2 Faturimi
- Abonimet faturohen mujore paraprakisht
- Mund te anuloni ne cdo kohe nga dashboard
- Anulimi hyn ne fuqi ne fund te periudhes aktuale
- Nuk ofrohen rimbursime per periudha te pjesshme
6. Disponueshmeria
- Perpiqemi per uptime 99.9% por nuk garantojme sherbim te panderprerje
- Nuk jemi pergjegjes per nderprerje te shkaktuara nga sherbime te paleve te treta
7. Kufizimi i Pergjegjesise
- Sherbimi ofrohet "sic eshte" pa garanci
- Nuk garantojme rezultate specifike marketingu
- Pergjegjesja jone totale kufizohet ne shumen e paguar ne 3 muajt e fundit
8. Perfundimi i Llogarise
Mund te pezullojme llogarise nese:
- Shkelni keto Kushte
- Perdorni Sherbimin per qellime te ndaluara
- Pagesa deshton vazhdimisht
9. Ligji i Zbatueshem
Keto Kushte rregullohen nga ligjet e Shqiperise. Mosmarreveshjet zgjidhen ne gjykatat e Tiranes.
